The transformative growth of a district often brings about a major uplift in property values. But in a developed city like Singapore, this does not happen very often.

“But when the Greater Southern Waterfronts is developed, the District being a gateway to the new waterfront city will experience another round of rejuvenation,” he adds. “It is very rare in Singapore or anywhere in the world for a place to enjoy such short term and long term growth.”
